7. Returns + Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we operate under the following conditions:
You may return an item if:

It is unused, unworn, and in original condition

It is returned within 7 days of delivery

It is not a clearance, sample, or final-sale item

It is not an item where hygiene laws apply (earrings, intimates, swim if applicable)
Returns due to defects:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
We will repair, replace, credit, or refund depending on the nature of the defect (as per the Consumer Protection Act).
Non-returnable:

Items bought during heavy promotional drops

Accessories that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

Items intentionally damaged, worn, or altered
Return courier fees may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

8. Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days depending on bank processing times.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty.
