By browsing our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

To shop or engage with FEED THEY FREQUENCY, you must:

Quantities are limited (some might sell out but we will restock them again)

Carting an item does not reserve it (payment confirms purchase)

Products may sell out quickly due to high demand
We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing + Accuracy
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We do our best to keep product details accurate, but occasional errors may occur.
If a pricing or listing mistake happens, we may:

Offer you the option to re-order at the correct price
You will be notified if this affects your purchase.
4. Payments
We accept secure South African payment methods including:

Payments must clear before items are shipped.
Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity will result in immediate order cancellation.
5. Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days

No processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.

During drops or high-volume periods (Black Friday, December, etc.), processing may take slightly longer. We keep communication open if delays occur.
6. Shipping + Delivery (South Africa)
We ship nationwide using trusted South African couriers.
Typical delivery time frames:

Major metros: 1–3 business days

Outlying / rural: 3–7 business days
Shipping time may be affected by:

Load shedding

Courier delays

Weather disruptions

Peak season volume
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
Delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our control, but we will always assist where possible.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened Products (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item, contact us at info@feedtheyfrequency.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, saleable packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be issued excluding original courier fees.
Opened Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds for opened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis where there is a legitimate concern. Supporting photos may be requested. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos so we can assess the issue.
Where applicable, you may be offered a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Please do not discard the item unless instructed to do so.
Adverse Reactions
Some products contain active ingredients and mild irritation may occur, especially during initial use. If you experience a severe or unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact us at info@feedtheyfrequency.co.za.
Refunds relating to adverse reactions are reviewed individually and may require supporting information.
Refund Processing

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

Gift card purchases are refunded via gift card only

Only products purchased directly from the Feed They Frequency website are eligible for return

Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase

Items that are empty, tampered with, damaged through misuse, or altered are not refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable

Our warehouse does not accept walk-in returns
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or update an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly and cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
